No Transparency Support

I was trialling this program to complete a batch job. The job was to resize an image to a certain height and then place a watermark in the top left hand corner. This program was superb at everything, even placing the watermark in the correct location on every photo. The only issue i had was that it didn't support transparency set within the watermark. Unfortunately because the type of watermark it was i couldn't just tell the program to make a certain colour transparent. If this feature had of worked i would have definitely purchased this program.
